Akada College is a corporate information system intended to automate business processes and create the integrated information environment for colleges. This weird, at first glance, formulation uncovers simple and useful tools for administration of educational institutions: the system enables to store data on entrants, students and instructors, control money flows, compose curricula, maintain progress records, ensure electronic document management. All of those essentially simplify the educational institution management process, makes it easy to register students and work with finance.

The system has been developed on the basis of software products from 1S, which enables it to be easily integrated with the 1S: Enterprise products already in use.

With the aid of said system the educational staff may readily perform the functions as follows:

  • promptly update documents that govern the educational process: curricula, schedules, timetables, lists of control activities;
  • view data on students, their academic progress and attendance;
  • form an electronic document management system within the educational institution;
  • reduce time spent on approval of documents;
  • arrange centralized teaching quality control; arrange payment accounting;
  • constitute curricula;
  • maintain electronic gradebook;
  • provide the opportunity of user interaction by electronic means;
  • ensure data exchange with external information systems.
